Blog about a pattern or project which you aspire to. Whether it happens to be because the skills needed are ones which you have not yet acquired, or just because it seems like a huge undertaking of time and dedication, most people feel they still have something to aspire to in their craft. If you don’t feel like you have any left of the mountain of learning yet to climb, say so!
If there are patterns out there that I wish I could make, it's really only a matter of time. I think I can knit just about anything, if I try. I think anyone can knit anything, for that matter! I have yet to try steeking, and I have not yet knit a wedding ring shawl, but those are things I hope to do one day; the steeking I hope to do sooner rather than later. I've just never gotten around to trying it. It may not turn out great the first time around, but that won't stop me from trying again.
I'd like to try steeking with something in fair isle, like this, or this.
And one day, I'd like to have the time to make something like this.
