I bought this beautiful new bag from Namaste bags at Scout Swag! It's from the Cali collection and it's called Laguna. The color is Peacock. It's just awesome! It has a divided main section, and the divider zips open. There are interior pockets in both sections too. I'm using one side as my "purse" and the other for my knitting projects. There are also some exterior pockets as well. What I really love is the removable shoulder strap. I can also carry it by the sturdy handles.
Why did I get a new bag when it has not even been a year since my Jordana Paige bag? And after I bought an expensive leather purse? I got tired of carrying two bags to and from work. I know I can use my old knitting bag as a purse too, but it's too long to fit into my desk drawer. Lame excuses I know, but look how pretty!!!
I'll still use my old bag for my projects at home, and to store most of my tools. I'll only carry current projects in my ziplock bags and whatever tools I need. But when going to work or around town, the new bag is perfect for throwing in a sock project or two to take with me.
Oh, and I also got my new Knit Picks Options set! Woot!
