I had a follow up interview to the first one. Dare this be my ticket to hope? My immigration pass?
In the meantime. I made my first baby knit. A baby sweater and hat set for a friend. It came out lovely. I'm already having request from people to make them one. I'm not thrilled about knitting the same thing again, in the same yarn and color, but I will do it for Eric's mom. She's paying me. I could use the money.
It's the perfect sweater for a baby whose gender is unknown. Like my friend's baby. Can you imagine this with a darling pink dress underneath? Or on a boy, a dark brown shirt and baby jeans? So cute!
My other projects are on hold while I make this set again. Like my Sesame cardigan I started last summer and want to finish before the weather gets too warm. I'm almost done with the two fronts an just need to knit the sleeves, collar, and button band.
My gorgeous red socks are waiting too. I love them so.
Also, I bought some to die for Malabrigo wool yarn that's just heaven to touch. I went to Nana's Knitting to get it. And I'm so glad to have finally met Tricia! Woot! I plan on making the Wicked Sweater with this.
My buddy Kris made it and so have some other people. It looks fabulous on them. I need this sweater.
Oh, and I picked up my Yarn Harlot tour ticket. I'm so excited to be able to see and hopefully meet Stephanie!
In other yarn news. Two weeks agoI took advantage of Knit's Picks clearance sale.
I don't think Eric even knows I have this. Have I acquired enough stash that I'm hiding it? Yikes!

lol...hiding yarn. I do that too.
Have I acquired enough stash...?
I'm sorry. You lost me. What does this mean? Enough stash? pondering Enough, yes I know what enough means. And stash, of course I know about stash. But when you put them together... enough stash Nope. Sorry. Still confused. ;)
I can't wait to see your Wicked. I may just have to make one for myself, it looks so amazing on everybody else.
Isn't Tricia just the best?
